  1. Thank you, a lot of good information! I have re-activated KPU, cu/zn out of balance, Lyme & co-infections for over 22 years, mold illness, etc, and have been doing a low Cu diet again for about a month. I want to get a good whole food organic vit c, do you have a brand you suggest? I stopped eating kiwis when I checked the Cu level, had been using powdered organic camu camu for C but also has high Cu. Thanks so much! -S.

  2. I loved this article. When I saw you reference Dr Walsh’s book I knew that you knew your stuff. To treat mental illness it is crucial to understand the five biotypes of depression.
I have been tested by a Walsh trained doctor and have both severe pyrrole disorder and severe undermethylation. This makes dieting tricky because of avoiding anything enriched with folic acid and niacin.
I’ve been struggling with my pyrrole symtoms for months which is very strange. I spent two years keeping those specific symtoms at bay but this year my body isn’t taking to the zinc well.
Is there a way to tell if malabsorbtion is happening? I’ll be happy to give you any details about my symptoms you like.

    • Hi Justin, thanks for reaching out. I’m not able to comment on any individual cases without review, feel free to book a consult when ready. Thx
