Before you speak Adrenal Decaf Mocha is my favorite morning drink. I have it every morning and sometimes in the afternoon too when I feel I need some ‘me’ time and a bit of a pick me up without any caffeine. I encourage all my clients to stop drinking caffeinated coffee as all my clients have either anxiety, burnout, sleep problems, reflux, an over-loaded nervous system and gut problems. Removing caffeine can really benefit all of these conditions and some people are just really sensitive to coffee.

It’s super easy as all you need is to open the sachet, pour it into your favourite mug, add hot water (for iced coffee add a tiny amount of hot water first to mix, then add cold milk and ice) and add your milk of choice (I recommend unsweetened nut milk with no additives).
