Eliza Blackwood is a dedicated naturopath with over 20 years of experience specialising in Children’s health, Women’s health, Gut health and Gilbert’s Syndrome, Skin conditions and Weight loss. Eliza has children and step children of her own and has a compassionate and caring approach with her clients. Eliza’s approach is holistic and intuitive, aimed at unravelling complex health issues and restoring vitality. With a passion for alternative health strategies, Eliza takes a personalized approach, seeking the root causes of health concerns rather than simply treating symptoms.
Eliza is fully trained in Maria’s courses and clinical strategies for Gilbert’s Syndrome, Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis and Heavy Metals Detoxification.

Child Nutrition
As well as being an experienced clinician, Eliza has children and step children of her own and is passionate about kids health and supporting both children and parents through health challenges with compassion and understanding.
Women’s Health
For women’s health, Eliza supports her clients through challenges such as weight loss, metabolic conditions, thyroid and adrenal health, hormonal health including peri and menopause and healthy aging.
Gut health and Gilbert’s Syndrome
Eliza is an expert in addressing all conditions of the gut and utilises the latest in microbiome and functional health testing to get to the root causes of gut dysfunction. Eliza has completed all of Maria’s training in Gilbert’s Syndrome and is highly confident in addressing the complexity of this condition.
Eliza is based in Sydney, Australia and consults online only nationally and internationally.
